TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor provides, as general planner, all planning and coordination services required for proper repair of the underground car park and, in its offer, provides full compensation for all trades. The following scope descriptions form part of the contract: - Engineering structures (traffic facilities) in accordance with §§ 41-44 HOAI - Structural engineering planning in accordance with §§ 49-52 HOAI - Technical equipment in accordance with §§ 53-56 HOAI (AG 1, 4, 5, 8) The general planner assumes complete coordination of all specialist planning and the integration of additional specialist disciplines, in particular: - Preventive fire protection - Barrier-free accessibility - Subsoil / construction material investigation - Surveying - SiGe coordination (if required) Based on current estimates, the measure is to be implemented in 2–3 construction phases. The planning of the construction phases is to be carried out taking into account the greatest possible uninterrupted or maintained use of the underground car park during the construction period.
