TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Initial Situation The city of Rhede plans the new construction of a fire station for the Rhede Volunteer Fire Department, South Fire Brigade. The reason for the project is the long-term mandate to ensure defensive fire protection as well as the technical and functional need for adaptation to current legal, normative, and organizational requirements. The existing fire station no longer meets today's requirements, especially regarding space availability, occupational safety, functional processes, and the consistent black-white separation. In addition, there are limitations concerning expandability and future viability. To clarify the fundamental feasibility, a feasibility study (as of 20.12.2023) was prepared by kplan(R)AG. This forms the basis for further project development and for the present project description.
