TENDER DESCRIPTION
WHG Wohnungsbau- und Hausverwaltungs- GmbH intends to renovate and modernise the building Breite Str. 58. The planned measures are intended to increase the usability and property value. The existing vacancy is to be eliminated and new residential areas are to be created through the planned conversion/fit-out of the attic storey. General living conditions and residential comfort are to be significantly improved compared with the current status quo. In addition, a sustainable heat and energy supply concept is to be implemented which avoids and/or reduces fossil fuels to what is necessary.
