TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the vocational schools in Landsberg am Lech, a general refurbishment is being carried out in several partial measures. In construction phase 1.2, an extension new build of a workshop building with ancillary building will take place for the subject areas of automotive technology and building engineering (component I). The external works will be reviewed and adapted to the new building situation. The buildings include both workshops with associated storage rooms, as well as teaching rooms and sanitary areas. The services of the contractor (AN) specified here include the erection of a (partly freestanding) façade scaffold including stair towers, roof edge scaffolds, and the creation of larger openings using scaffold bridges.
