TENDER DESCRIPTION

A comprehensive renovation is being carried out at the Vocational Schools Landsberg am Lech in several sub-projects. In construction phase 1.2, an extension new build of a workshop building with an ancillary building for the KFZ (motor vehicle) and building engineering specialist areas is carried out (component I). The external facilities will be renovated and adapted to the new building situation. The buildings include both workshops with associated storage rooms, as well as classrooms and sanitary areas. The services of the contractor (AN) specified in this invitation to tender include the erection of a (partly freestanding) façade scaffolding system, including stair tower structures, roof catch (edge protection) scaffolds, and the creation of larger openings by means of a scaffold bridge.
