TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procedure is the commissioning of the architectural services for building and interior planning, LPH 1-9 under HOAI 2021 Part 3, Section 1 §§ 34 ff. -commissioning of the basic services of the service phases 1 to 9 in stages, -firstly only Stage 1 with LPH 1 + 2, including the associated Special Services -further stage in accordance with the contract template in HAV-KOM Architects’ contract – Building and Interiors Special Services: -advising the contracting authority and assisting with funding procedures (Stage 2) – FAG -advising the contracting authority, assisting and providing support for the statement of use (Stages 3+4) – FAG (Each application is submitted by the contracting authority itself.) -LPH 8: Tabular overviews of systems/components to be maintained, including inspection cycle and legal basis (provision, decision, etc.), as well as an overview of the systems/components whose maintenance is not mandatory but is recommended by the planning office, based on a template of the contracting authority (Excel file) -LPH 9: Monitoring of rectification of defects within the limitation period The commissioning is intended in accordance with the provision of…
