TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procedure is the commissioning of specialist planning for technical equipment, LPH 1–3 + 5–9 in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 2 §§ 53 et seq. ELT for the plant groups pursuant to § 53 HOAI ALG 4 + 5 + 6 + 8 - staged commissioning of the basic services of the service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9. The client assumes that LPH 4 will only be required in ALG 1 [HLS]. - initially only Stage 1 with LPH 1 + 2, including associated special services - further stage in accordance with the contract template in the HAV-KOM architects’ contract – buildings and interiors Special services: - advising the client and assisting with grant procedures (Stage 2) – FAG - advising the client, assisting and providing support for the proof of use/submission (Stages 3+4) – FAG (The respective application is submitted by the client itself.) - LPH 8: tabular overviews of the systems/components to be maintained, including inspection cycle and legal basis (regulation, decision/notice, etc.), as well as an overview of the systems/components whose maintenance is not mandatory but is recommended by the planning office, based on a template of the client (Excel file) - LPH 9: monitoring…
