TENDER DESCRIPTION

In this context, a consolidation of the primary school and secondary school at the location Roither Weg 15 in 93173 Wenzenbach - current secondary school site - is to take place, as well as the expansion of the primary and secondary schools into an open all-day school as a QNG-funded measure. The heating system was designed with regenerative and conventional components to cover the building's heating load. For this reason, and in accordance with the coordination with the client, the choice fell on a geothermal heat pump system and a pellet boiler to cover the peak load. The probe field of the geothermal system will be located west of the school building in the area of the bus turning loop and school garden/green spaces. The handover of the geothermal system to the heating network will be housed in the newly constructed building BA 1 Secondary School in the technical room of the basement.
