TENDER DESCRIPTION
Dismantling work and new installations in several stages, carried out with time intervals. - Dismantling of the luminaires on the 2nd floor - Dismantling of the luminaires on the 1st floor - Inspection and tracing of the electrical cables as well as clear labeling of the circuits - Rerouting or new laying of cables prior to the dismantling of the existing ventilation ducts - Dismantling or rerouting of all cables that hinder the upcoming renovation of the roof structure - Professional securing of supply lines as well as cables for light control, sun protection, and sockets - Dismantling of existing cable trays as needed The reinstallation of the luminaires will take place after completion of the roof renovation work and installation of new ventilation systems (approximately in 10-12 months). The cable installation for the trades HVAC / BACS is a construction-side service and is not to be considered in the project.
