The expected eligible costs (net) are as follows: KG 300 7,538,358.90 EUR; KG 400 2,662,397.39 EUR; KG 410 582,340.78 EUR; KG 420 757,497.96 EUR; KG 430 50,044.91 EUR; KG 440 630,110.92 EUR; KG 450 40,945.84 EUR; KG 460 47,770.14 EUR; KG 470 166,058.11 EUR; KG 500 166,192.91 EUR. The costs of KG 500 concern planning services for outdoor areas, which can be optionally integrated into the object planning as a Special Service. A separate scope of services for landscaping is not necessary. The costs of KG 600 concern fittings and furnishings, which are taken on by the awarding body itself. The awarding body has prepared existing and requirements documents as well as expert reports, which form the basis of this invitation to tender. These serve as guidance and, within the context of tender preparation as well as during the later performance of the contract, are to be reviewed and evaluated by the contractor at its own responsibility.
