TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services to be awarded concern the turnkey execution of the construction project by a general contractor. The services of the general contractor include the partnering phase within the framework of preparing the Extended Preliminary Planning Document Plus (EVU+), the detailed design including structural and assembly planning, as well as all other planning, deliveries and services necessary to complete the construction project including outdoor facilities on time, ready for occupancy, functional and free of defects. The assignment is divided into the following commissioning stages: • 1st stage: Partnering phase • 2nd stage: Implementation phase During the partnering phase, the planning of the general planner up to the EVU+ is accompanied in a consulting capacity by the general contractor. This is intended to identify optimization potentials with regard to cost, schedule and quality objectives within the framework of the parameters specified by HOWOGE, and to implement them after decision by the client.
