TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services to be awarded concern the turnkey execution of the construction project by a general contractor. The services of the general contractor include the partnering phase within the framework of the preparation of the Extended Preliminary Planning Document Plus (EVU+), the detailed design including plant and installation planning as well as all other planning, deliveries and services necessary to complete the construction project including the outdoor facilities on schedule, ready for occupancy, functional and free of defects. The contract award is divided into the following award stages: • Stage 1: Partnering phase • Stage 2: Implementation phase In the partnering phase, the general contractor will provide advisory support for the planning of the general planner up to EVU+. This is intended to identify optimization potentials with regard to cost, schedule and quality objectives within the framework of the conditions set by HOWOGE, and these shall be implemented following the contracting authority's decision.
