Brief description of the tendered services: The tendered services include the turnkey planning, delivery, and construction of a laboratory building for Digital Pathology at the University Hospital RWTH Aachen in modular construction method in Courtyard 1 on level -2. The scope of services comprises all planning, coordination, assembly, and construction services including site setup, modular construction, interior trades as well as the complete technical building equipment (TGA). Furthermore, all required tests, verifications, commissioning, documentation, and official coordination up to the operational handover of the building are part of the tender.
