Short description of the services to be awarded: The services being tendered include turnkey planning, delivery and construction of a laboratory building for Digital Pathology at RWTH Aachen University Hospital in modular construction at Inner Courtyard 1 on level -2. The scope of services comprises all planning, coordination, installation and construction services, including site set-up, modular construction, fit-out trades as well as the complete technical building equipment (TGA). In addition, all required tests, certifications, commissioning activities, documentation and official coordination with the authorities up to the ready-for-operation handover of the building are part of this tender.
