TENDER DESCRIPTION

General contractor services for at least 4 locations, with an option for 4 additional locations. MEBflex – Berlin School Construction Offensive – special programme School New Builds: There is a need for extension buildings at various existing school sites in the Berlin boroughs. For this purpose, 4 different prototype building types have been developed as classic corridor schools, which are used at a location depending on requirements. The school extension buildings are designed as compact modular building structures with three and/or four storeys, above ground (not with a basement), and they vary with regard to building length and space usage. One type (GE) is designed exclusively for use for Intellectual Development. The general contractor services (KG 300, KG 400, KG 600) will be awarded on a turnkey basis, and the construction planning for KG 300/KG 400/KG 600 will be awarded as a framework contract.
