General contractor services for at least 4 sites with an option for 4 additional sites. MEBflex – Berlin School Construction Offensive – Special programme for school new builds: There is a need for extension buildings at various existing school sites in the Berlin districts. For this purpose, 4 different prototype building types have been developed as classic corridor schools, which are used at a given site depending on requirements. The school extension buildings are designed as compact modular building structures with three and/or four storeys, not built with basements, and they vary in terms of building length and space utilization. One type (GE) is designed exclusively for use in Intellectual Development. The general contractor services (KG 300, KG 400, KG 600) will be awarded as turnkey and the execution planning for KG 300/KG400/KG600 will be awarded as a framework contract.
