Included is planning starting from service phase 5 and the turnkey new construction of the recycling center, based on a functional performance description (FLB). The new construction of the recycling center is to be carried out on a plot of land of 8,413 m² completely, turnkey, fully operational, ready for operation and use, including the construction of the external facilities. These are: 1 administrative building with office and social facilities, 2 sheds, 1 receiving building, 1 container storage area, 1 washing area, 1 rainwater cistern, 1 rainwater retention system as a storage channel, site backfilling/site modeling, sealing and paving of operational areas including parking spaces and drainage
