TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Fribourg Hospital (HFR) is the public hospital institution of the canton of Fribourg. It comprises several sites spread across the Fribourg territory, offering a wide range of acute care, specialized medicine, and outpatient services. Its mission is to ensure quality care for the population while promoting innovation, training, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Part of the services offered concerns the field of nephrology expertise – the department involved in this procedure. The nephrology department cares for the HFR patient population at the Fribourg sites (main site) and at the Riaz site. In total, the department has 39 hemodialysis generators to provide care to these patients. A project to increase this number is under study, which will add 3 new devices, bringing the total to 42 devices for the nephrology department. The nephrology department, located at the Fribourg and Riaz sites, currently has 39 hemodialysis generators – a quantity that will be increased by 3 devices in 2027, reaching a total of 42 devices.
