The subject matter of performance of this public contract is the preparation of the General Development Plan for the Psychiatric Hospital in Kroměříž. For the purposes of this tender documentation, the General Development Plan is understood to mean: a layout scheme for the location of individual functional components of the given territory; use of released (vacated) buildings; solutions for new buildings including their proposed use and capacity, including transport, communication corridors and utility networks, together with a professional linking of investment costs broken down into individual stages; gradual modernization of the complex with a medium-term and long-term outlook, with the aim of proposing an optimal solution for relocating the individual functional parts of the complex into a logically interconnected whole, including communication corridors and supply routes; volumetric solutions for individual parts, staging, and an estimate of investment costs; a conceptual proposal for the completion and reconstruction of the complex with reflection on the operational and functional interrelations of the complex, conflict-free movement of employees, clients, and…
