TENDER DESCRIPTION

In this tender, the Contracting Authority requests tenders for design and execution of “Generic VI and premises”, which is a storage and logistics centre that Taulov Dryport A/S is building in the area by Hertugens Kvarter in Taulov. It is the Contracting Authority’s wish to develop a dynamic, high-quality and future-proof development that reflects and supports the development of Taulov Dryport as Denmark’s leading hub for transport and logistics. This document contains conditions and guidance on submission of an application and tender for this assignment. The Contracting Authority’s requirements for the contract terms are set out in the draft of the turnkey contract in the tender documents, while the requirements for the services are described in detail in the tender documents, including the building programme incl. appendices. The tender includes an option relating to the fit-out of mezzanines. The tender includes an option relating to the execution of 2 office buildings.
