TENDER DESCRIPTION
Turnkey contract covering the conversion of Rygårdcentret, Dept. Bøgelunden (approx. 1,950 m²), Niels Andersens Vej 22, 1st floor, 2900 Hellerup. The turnkey contract includes both design and execution of the works described in the tender documents. The turnkey contract is based on ABT 18 and the Scope Description for Building and Landscape (YBL 18) and sets out the Total Contractor’s rights and obligations in relation to the Project. The Project is tendered as a turnkey contract because Gentofte Municipality has assessed that the project’s complexity requires that the task is not carried out under several separate contracts.
