TENDER DESCRIPTION

Nordværk’s current workwear scheme expires on 31 August 2027, and the previous decentralized scheme has resulted in challenges. These challenges include, among other things, lack of central control over reflective quality, inconsistent washing standards, and a significant administrative burden. With this tender, Nordværk wishes to ensure a more consistent, safe, and administratively simple solution for the entire organisation. The contract involves providing a combined lease/ownership scheme with professional washing of the entire range of clothing with a single supplier. The clothing is divided into a basic package, which is leased from the supplier and includes frequently washed clothing such as t-shirts, sweatshirts and trousers, and a seasonal package, which is owned by Nordværk and includes less frequently washed clothing such as winter jackets, shell jackets, shorts and overtrousers. The supplier is responsible for professional washing of both packages.
