TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender includes motor and motor insurance for Brand & Redning Sønderjylland I/S (BRSJ), the municipal emergency response service in Haderslev, Tønder and Aabenraa municipalities, organised as a Section 60 partnership. The emergency response service performs all tasks under the fire service and rescue corps, including fire-fighting, rescue operations, incidents involving hazardous substances, official authority tasks, the control room as well as operation of a fire school, and has 106 full-time equivalents (of which 950 volunteer staff converted to 51 full-time equivalents).The tender includes one lot. The contracts are concluded for a fixed period of 3 years from 1 January 2027 to and including 31 December 2029, with the option of extension for up to an additional 2 years. Award is made in accordance with the award criterion “best price-quality ratio”, where price carries a weight of 60% and scope of coverage (quality) carries a weight of 40%.
