TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender includes the purchase of a brand new TV truck. The TV truck will be used by the Contracting Authority in connection with work related to TV inspection. The tenderer must provide training on the vehicle's functions to the Contracting Authority's employee(s). Furthermore, the Contracting Authority requests options for two service agreements for both the TV truck and the equipment, valid for 8 years. The Contracting Authority emphasizes that delivery of the TV truck should take place as soon as possible, but no later than December 31, 2026. Additionally, the Contracting Authority emphasizes an ergonomic and appropriate build of the TV truck. A detailed description can be found in the tender conditions section 7 regarding the evaluation of the TV truck, as well as appendix 2, specifications. In connection with the evaluation, the tenderer must provide a TV truck for user testing. Further details are provided in section 7.3 of the tender conditions on user testing.
