TENDER DESCRIPTION

Vandmiljø Randers A/S invites tenders for the delivery of a specially built CCTV vehicle with associated 3 options; service agreement for equipment, service agreement for the vehicle, and purchase of an additional CCTV vehicle within 4 years (without associated service agreement(s)). Requirements for the CCTV vehicle and options are set out in Appendix 2, specification. The agreement for delivery of the CCTV vehicle enters into force upon signature by the parties. Delivery of a fully completed and functional CCTV vehicle must take place no later than the delivery date/time stated by the successful tenderer in Appendix 1, the tender list, at the time of submitting the tender. Service agreement(s) (option 1 and option 2) enter into force on the first day of the following month after the Contracting Authority’s notice of exercise of the option, unless the Contracting Authority specifies a later date. Option 3 must be exercised within 4 years. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender according to the award criterion “price and quality”, where price carries 30% and quality carries 70%.
