TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä (Facilities Service Corporation and all line departments), Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences Ltd (JAMK), Kiinteistö Oy Tikkakosken Terveysasema, and Kiinteistö Oy Jyväskylän Lääkäritalo form a procurement consortium and procure geospatial planning assignments in accordance with the request for tender and its appendices for the period 2027 and 2028, as well as options for the years 2029 and 2030. 2 (two) contract partners are selected. The estimated value of the procurement for the contract period is 0.5 million euros. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is 0.7 million euros. The maximum value includes a provision for procurement needs that are, in advance, difficult to assess during the contract period, the scope of which cannot be assessed reliably when initiating the procurement. The maximum value does not describe the contracting authority’s commitment to the amount of procurement, but the highest possible value of the procurement during the contract period.
