TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä’s Tilapalvelu (Property Services) procures Geo-planning assignments in accordance with the tender request and its appendices for the period 2027 and 2028, as well as options for the years 2029 and 2030. 2 (two) framework agreement partners will be selected. The estimated value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 0.5 million. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 0.7 million. The maximum value includes a provision for procurement needs that are, in advance, difficult to assess during the contract period, for which the scope cannot be assessed reliably when launching the procurement. The maximum value does not describe the contracting authority’s commitment to a quantity, but the highest possible value of the procurement during the contract period. If the maximum value is reached before the end date of the fixed-term agreement, or possibly before the end of the option period that may be taken into use, the framework arrangement ends.
