TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Oberhavel district keeps the cadastral register as up-to-date as possible. The building stock and actual usage types of buildings are constantly updated; base geodata are coordinated with the state boundaries, and the geometry of the map is continuously improved. The reason for this measure is the geometric improvement of agriculturally used areas taking into account cadastral law aspects as well as the requirements of the Land Register Ordinance as the official register of properties. The service is divided into the following lots: Lot 1 - Cadastral district Badingen - Section 5, Lot 2 - Cadastral district Kreuzbruch - Section 4, Lot 3 - Cadastral district Hohenbruch - Section 7, Lot 4 - Cadastral district Altlüdersdorf - Section 2, Lot 5 - Cadastral district Mildenberg - Section 5, Lot 6 - Cadastral district Mildenberg - Section 2, Lot 7 - Cadastral district Schulzendorf - Section 2, Lot 8 - Cadastral district Großwoltersdorf - Section 5. The lot division is based on the area sizes in eight cadastral districts of Oberhavel district.
