Performance of simultaneously carried out operational and maintenance tasks for the water, gas and air-conditioning (HVAC) mechanical systems and equipment of facilities operated by the Contracting Authority. Performance sites and facility floor areas with a pool hall area and no green space: 1. Audi Aréna Győr site: net 11,608 m2 2. Aqua Sportközpont site: net 11,120 m2 3. Olimpiai Sportpark site: net 22,554 m2 4. Magyar Vilmos Swimming Pool: site: net 2,623 m2 5. Visitor Centre: site: net 690 m2 6. Kálóczy téri Sportközpont site: net 1,120 m2 Total area: net 49,715 m2 The Contracting Authority indicates that the subject of the contract consists of lump-sum-priced and itemized settlement tasks as detailed in the draft contract. Based on the contract to be concluded as a result of the procedure, the Contracting Authority is entitled to place orders for itemized settlement tasks other than those to be performed for the lump sum, up to a maximum amount of HUF 160,000,000,- + VAT.
