TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the operating area of GYSEV Zrt., machine clearing of brush is to be carried out on railway tracks and on roads using a two-way rotary excavator. Under a framework contract for services, the task of machine clearing of brush on railway tracks and on roads using a two-way rotary excavator is to be performed in the operating area of GYSEV Zrt. up to a total framework amount of HUF 300,000,000 net. During the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority undertakes to place call-offs from the total framework amount for a net amount of HUF 231,000,000. The Contractor’s task is, along the railway lines operated by GYSEV Zrt., in order to ensure safe rail traffic in the event of vegetation growth falling within the railway clearance envelope, to perform, using the rotary excavator working machine running on tracks and roads (two-way) for occasional requirements, the brush and weed clearing and mulching arising as an ad hoc requirement. For performing the tasks, the Contractor shall provide the two-way rotary excavator machines running on tracks and roads and adapters with an operator, as specified in the Contracting Authority’s ad hoc purchase orders.
