TENDER DESCRIPTION

For MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft., a long-term lease of a road vehicle fleet and comprehensive fleet-based operation. Quantity: 171 pcs. The Contracting Authority undertakes to place call-off obligations for 100% of the above-mentioned base quantity. The successful tenderer is obliged to provide the following related fleet-based operation services for the entire duration of the contract: 1. Arranging ordering, registration/placing into service and delivery handover of vehicles 2. Providing vehicles on a long-term lease 3. Managing insurance administration for incidents 4. Organising winter-summer tyre changes, maintaining and repairing tyres/tyre sets 5. Maintenance and repair service 6. Assistance service 7. Reporting 8. Payment of taxes and duties (except for the Company car tax and the Vehicle tax/weight tax) 9. Administrative processing with authorities.
