TENDER DESCRIPTION

For MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft.: long-term lease of a road vehicle fleet and full-scope fleet-system operation. Quantity: in total 98 vehicles (basic quantity) + 20 vehicles as an optional quantity. The Contracting Authority undertakes to call off 100% of the basic quantity indicated above. The successful tenderer is obliged to provide the following related fleet-system operation services during the entire term of the contract: 1. Arranging the order, placing into service, and handover of vehicles 2. Providing the vehicles under a long-term lease 3. Handling insurance administration for incidents 4. Organising winter–summer tyre changes, maintaining and repairing tyres 5. Maintenance, repair service 6. Assistance service 7. Reporting 8. Payment of taxes and duties (except for the Cégautó tax and the Vehicle Tax/weight tax) 9. Administration of official/authority matters.
