For GYSEV Zrt., a long-term lease of new road motor vehicles and comprehensive, fleet-system operation. A “new motor vehicle” is a vehicle that has not been put into circulation either in Hungary or abroad, has not been used as a demonstration or test vehicle, the time elapsed between the date of manufacture and the date of placing into circulation is not more than 12 months, and the number of kilometres driven (odometer reading) is not more than 50 km. The contracting authority intends to lease the motor vehicles only; they do not become the property of the contracting authority either during the lease term or after it.
