TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services will be awarded in two technically and contractually separate lots: Lot 1: Monitoring & overall coordination, including expert advisory support for the P&T measures, chemical and hydraulic groundwater monitoring, reporting, occupational safety and health, and communication with authorities. The scope of services includes in particular: overall coordination and organisation of the overall monitoring of the abatement measure and the containment measure and of the involved specialist companies, laboratories, authorities and other parties involved; expert advisory support for the operation of the hydraulic P&T abatement measure south of and the P&T containment measure north of Blitzkuhlenstraße; monthly, or if needed more frequent, chemical and hydraulic groundwater monitoring including sampling, on-site parameters, laboratory analysis, evaluation and assessment; documentation, data management, groundwater flow/level contour plans (Grundwassergleichenpläne), CKW contamination curtain maps (CKW-Fahnenkarten), monthly, interim and annual reports; phase-specific assessment and adjustment of the monitoring across the five operating phases of the overall measure; preparation,…
