TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority owns the property Goethestraße 16 in 33330 Gütersloh. This includes the existing operational, workshop, and hall buildings of the municipal depot. The City of Gütersloh intends to implement a holistic and future-proof restructuring of the depot campus, taking into account the existing buildings, property boundaries, and the inner-city location. For this purpose, a future-proof, functionally optimized depot concept is to be developed, led by the contractor already commissioned for the service category object planning of buildings and interiors. Existing buildings and new constructions are to be linked. The services to be provided do not include the complete implementation of the long-term concept, but exclusively the first construction phase.
