TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to award the general planning services for: - Structural engineering object planning in accordance with § 43 HOAI, service phases 1 – 8, - Transport infrastructure object planning in accordance with § 47 HOAI, service phases 1 – 8, - Specialist planning for structural engineering for engineering structures in accordance with HOAI, service phases 1 – 7, - Construction logistics planning, coordination of specialties and interface coordination, as well as traffic phasing planning. The Maximilian Bridges are located in borough district 01, Altstadt-Lehel, and carry Maximilianstraße across the Isar to the Maximilianeum. They are divided into two bridge sections—the inner (BW33/11 A) and the outer (BW33/11 B) Maximilian Bridge. The western bridge section, the Inner Maximilian Bridge, connects the west bank of the Große Isar with the Praterinsel. The eastern bridge section, the Outer Maximilian Bridge, from the Praterinsel crosses the Kleine Isar and the Auer Mühlbach. The bridge is under monument protection.
