TENDER DESCRIPTION

The accommodation building (UE) consists of a ground floor, three upper floors and a basement and is primarily used to house the troops; it must provide space for 636 members of the Army (AdA). The submission includes the following work: - Supply and professionally install a damp-proof membrane on the ground-floor (EG) floor made of polymer-bitumen sheets over an area of approx. 1'300 m2. - Supply and install, for each case, 20 mm impact sound and thermal insulation over 8'350 m2. - Supply and install underlays and hard concrete floor coverings over approx. 8'350 m2. - The approx. 5'700 m2 of hard concrete floor coverings are then ground and sealed.
