TENDER DESCRIPTION

Overall renovation of the 4 existing school buildings at Bienenstrasse 5-11: School building II+I at Bienenstrasse 5+9, neighbourhood building and gymnasium at Bienenstrasse 7+11. HV existing in the UG of Bienestrasse 7, new connection from the new building. Replacement of the electrical supply from HV to the existing UVs in school buildings I+II. Replacement of lighting. Planned systems: BMA, NLA, PVA by ewb, GLS, KNX (roller shutters), constant lighting control, AMOK, EVAK. Heating by district heating (already installed), domestic hot water via fresh-water stations and WP boilers, extract air systems in the WCs, ventilation system in the UG of the neighbourhood building and ventilation system for the cloakrooms in the gymnasium.
