TENDER DESCRIPTION

Comprehensive refurbishment of the 4 existing school buildings at Bienenstrasse 5-11: School building II+I at Bienenstrasse 5+9, district building and gymnasium at Bienenstrasse 7+11. Heating by district heating (already implemented), domestic hot water by fresh-water stations and heat pump (WP) boilers. Wet rooms in all buildings completely new. Modifications to underground supply lines (separate tender). New water softening systems and new KW/HW (cold/hot water) pipework in all buildings. Drainage of 2 ventilation systems. Roof drainage via externally routed discharge. Further details are to be found in the enclosed construction description. Product/brand/design or type designations are dispensed with. If, exceptionally, such designations are stated, equivalent alternatives are permitted. Equivalence must be demonstrated by the provider.
