TENDER DESCRIPTION
It is intended to transfer the verification of expenditure documentation to private-law legal entities on the basis of a management of affairs agreement by the State of Berlin. The transfer of tasks concerns project funding of the State Office for Equality against Discrimination (LADS) of the Senate Department for Labour, Social Affairs, Equality, Integration, Diversity, Anti-Discrimination (SenASGIVA) in the following funding areas: LSBTI projects (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans- and intersex people) as well as projects within the framework of IGSV Projects for cross-characteristic anti-discrimination and diversity work and for advice in cases of discrimination Projects within the framework of the state programme against right-wing extremism, racism and anti-Semitism; projects to strengthen democracy and protect against discrimination and violence Projects within the federal programme “Democracy Is Alive!” (Berlin State Democracy Centre, LDZ)
