TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract award procedure focuses on the following subjects: - Gifts for employees and external parties (flowers/plants, gift vouchers and other gifts); - Promotional items (webshop items with the HU logo or the possibility to personalize a webshop item (instead of “Hogeschool Utrecht”, for example “Dienst Marketing & Communicatie”, and on request made-to-measure items) for employees and external parties; - Sustainable and social variants within the aforementioned product groups; - Handling of the entire logistics process (including delivery to the specified address); - An online platform (webshop) including a link to the HU P2P system; - Insight into various performances, use and expenditure (e.g. take-up, budget, trends, sustainability characteristics, social impact). The total estimated maximum contract value including optional volume for the maximum duration of the framework agreement is €5.551.087 exclusive of VAT.
