TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract award relates to the following topics: - Gifts for employees and external parties (flowers/plants, gift vouchers and other gifts); - Promotional items (webshop items with the HU logo or the possibility to personalise a webshop item (instead of “Hogeschool Utrecht”, for example “Dienst Marketing & Communicatie”, and on request custom-made items) for employees and external parties; - Sustainable and social variants within the product groups mentioned; - Handling of the entire logistics process (including delivery to the specified address); - An online platform (webshop) including a connection to the HU P2P system; - Insight into different performance, usage and expenditure (for example: purchases, budget, trends, sustainability characteristics, social impact). The total estimated maximum contract value, including optional volume, for the maximum duration of the framework agreement is €5.551.087 excluding VAT.
