TENDER DESCRIPTION

The specialised trajectory guidance (GTB) for 16+ is provided by the Persoonsgerichte Aanpak (PGA) team of the directorate Veiligheid, Bestuursdienst (contracting authority). The target group consists of young people aged 16 to 27 who come to the attention of the police and/or the judiciary in cases involving multi-problem issues. In addition, the young person, through their behaviour, poses a risk to public order and the city’s safety. The guidance is characterised by a high degree of commitment, involvement and flexibility, and is therefore intensive by nature. The scope and intensity of the guidance differ per situation and are tailored to the young person’s support needs, the complexity of the problems, and the safety risk. The purpose of this guidance is first and foremost to restore the safety risk and to break through offending and/or behaviour that causes serious nuisance. This is done by guiding and supporting the young person in creating a stable living situation.
