TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this procedure is the contracting of document and correspondence management services for the EUIPO at its premises in Alicante. The services are divided into the following main categories or operational services: - Correspondence handling (hereinafter, "Mailroom") - Support for the activities of the centre (hereinafter, "Business support") - Archiving - Internal distribution - Reprography - Supply of office materials Additionally, the following other services are included: Maintenance of the equipment made available under the contract. - Implementation, integration and maintenance of scanning and information processing software for Mailroom. - Purchase or rental of materials.
