The services are billed by unit and lump-sum prices. This consultation concerns the management of the community animal pound, namely the management of animals found lost, abandoned, injured, or roaming in the territory of the Community of Agglomeration of Vichy Communauté, as well as intervention on behalf of external authorities wishing to join the service within the framework of their legal obligations concerning animal pounds.
