The services are paid for by unit and lump sum prices. This consultation concerns the management of the community animal pound, namely the management of animals found lost, abandoned, injured, stray within the territory of the Community of Agglomeration of Vichy Communauté, but also intervention on behalf of external municipalities wishing to join the service within the framework of their legal obligations regarding animal pounds, Vichy Communauté as the owner of the premises must, in this case, approve the principle of each external agreement.
