TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, the purpose of which is the supply of an IT solution enabling the management of ARTE’s presence on digital media (hereinafter referred to as the “Solution”). It is specified that the framework agreement will be concluded with a minimum of 25 (twenty-five) user accesses and with a maximum of 100 (one hundred) user accesses simultaneously per year. A grouping of contracting authorities has been formed between ARTE FRANCE and ARTE GEIE for the implementation of this contract, in accordance with Article L.2113-6 of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique).
