TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks the implementation of a modular Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution, primarily integrating Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) modules to establish a complete IAM foundation for Coallia. The scope of work encompasses solution provision, integration, configuration, connector deployment to target systems like ADP and Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID, testing, deployment, training, change management, and ongoing user support and evolutionary maintenance for approximately 5,200 internal and 200 external identities across 30-40 applications. Key technical requirements include Single Sign-On (SSO), Active Directory compatibility, a French user interface, multi-factor authentication, API capabilities (REST/SOAP), and a minimum annual availability rate exceeding 99.9%. TENDER BRIEF
The contract will commence on the date of its notification, which will also include a service order initiating the services.
