TENDER DESCRIPTION
Implementation of a modular identity and access management (IAM) solution, prioritizing an IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) module as well as a PAM (Privileged Access Management) module. The solution must enable Coallia to have a complete IAM foundation, with an initial implementation focused on IGA and the implementation of a first level of standard PAM functionalities for the management, securing, and traceability of privileged access. The services include the provision of the solution, its integration and configuration, deployment of connectors with target systems (ADP, Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID, Efficia/GLPI, Microsoft Fabric, business applications), testing and acceptance, deployment, training and change management, as well as user support and maintenance. Indicative scope: approximately 5,200 internal identities and 200 external identities, between 30 and 40 applications to interconnect, between 100 and 1,000 users of the solution.
