TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Local Authority entrusts the Operator with the operation and maintenance of the public outdoor reception and camping and leisure hospitality service (hereinafter the “AHPAL Public Service”). Operation of the facility consists in particular in promoting it, marketing it, managing it, and running it. The Operator undertakes to ensure the proper functioning, continuity, quality and proper organisation of the service for users. The Operator will continue to operate the service at its own risk and peril. The Operator is authorised to collect from users a price set under the conditions provided for in Chapter 6.
